All materials, designs, and creative work produced by One Custom Boxes remain our intellectual property. We do not sell or share proprietary designs with third parties. However, we reserve the right to use completed projects as portfolio samples or display pieces to showcase our capabilities and design expertise to prospective customers.
All content on our website including text, images, graphics, photographs, designs, software, and illustrations (collectively “Website Content”) is owned by One Custom Boxes and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, download, or transmit any Website Content without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
When using our website, you’re responsible for any content you upload, share, or submit including artwork, designs, text, or images. By submitting materials, you confirm that:
One Custom Boxes doesn’t monitor all user-submitted content and makes no guarantees about its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. However, we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed objectionable, and to disclose content when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Any orders placed or actions taken through your account whether by you or someone who has accessed your account are your responsibility.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
All prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Production begins only after we’ve received full payment, including all applicable taxes and shipping charges, through an authorized payment method.
Your order is considered finalized when you submit final artwork files (electronic or hard copy) and approve the proof. Once your proof is approved and sent to our production department, no design changes can be made.
Within 4 hours of proof approval: You may cancel your order for a $25 administrative fee plus 5% of the total order value.
Within 24 hours of proof approval: Cancellation is subject to availability and requires payment of 50% of the total order value to cover materials and production time already invested.
After 24 hours: Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production is underway.
Design services: Orders for design-only services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
Rush/Accelerated orders: All fees for expedited production are non-refundable.
For best results, please submit artwork files at 300 DPI in CMYK format. Files submitted in other formats (RGB, Pantone) or lower resolutions may result in color variations or reduced print quality.

By uploading artwork to our website, you certify that you legally own or have permission to use all submitted materials.
Before approving your proof, please carefully review:
You are fully responsible for all content in your approved proof. Once you approve, production begins based on that exact specification. We cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Please note: Digital proofs don’t always accurately represent transparency effects, overprinting, or exact color matching. Production turnaround time begins after proof approval is received before 10:00 AM Central Time.
While we strive for color accuracy, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to inherent limitations in printing processes, variations in materials, and monitor display differences. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen or in digital proofs.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these industry-standard limitations. We will not provide reprints for minor color variations that fall within acceptable printing tolerances.
Need exact color matching? We offer hard copy proofs for an additional fee, which provide guaranteed color accuracy for your final printed product.

We may decline orders without providing a specific reason.
Due to the nature of commercial printing, final quantities may vary by up to 5% above or below your ordered amount. This is an industry-standard practice.
If we deliver more than ordered (overrun), the extra units are provided at no additional charge. If we deliver fewer than ordered (underrun), your invoice will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual quantity delivered.

Important: All packaging materials are shipped flat and unassembled unless otherwise specified.
For international orders, you’re responsible for all customs duties, fees, taxes, and clearance procedures. Additional shipping charges apply for deliveries outside the United States.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, re-shipment fees will apply.
Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your shipping location and local tax requirements. If you’re tax-exempt, please provide your tax exemption certificate when placing your order.
You agree to defend and hold harmless One Custom Boxes, including our employees, directors, partners, vendors, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

One Custom Boxes selects the most appropriate printing method for each project based on specifications, quantity, and quality requirements. We typically don’t use gang printing for most products, but reserve the right to use any printing technique that best serves the project needs.
