What’s included in the production timeline?
Our production timeline includes design setup, printing, die-cutting, finishing, and quality inspection—but not shipping. It’s the time from when we start making your boxes to when they’re ready to ship.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes, we offer rush production for an additional fee. The sooner you need your order, the higher the expedited rate. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
What if I need my boxes urgently?
Contact us immediately! We work hard to accommodate urgent requests. While we can’t promise miracles, we’ll do everything possible to meet your deadline. Rush fees apply, and all expedited charges are non-refundable.
Do you guarantee delivery dates?
We provide estimated delivery dates based on standard production and shipping timelines. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.). We’ll always keep you updated on your order’s progress.
Proofs and Quality Control
What’s a proof and why do I need to approve it?
A proof is a digital or physical preview of your final printed box. It’s your opportunity to review everything—colors, layout, text, sizing—before we commit materials and begin production.Approving the proof is essential because once production starts based on your approved proof, we can’t make changes. So take your time and review carefully!
How accurate are digital proofs?
Digital proofs give you a good sense of layout and design, but they don’t always show exact color accuracy or effects like transparency and overprinting. If color accuracy is critical for your project, we recommend ordering a hard copy proof (for an additional fee) to see the actual colors on your chosen material.
Can you guarantee exact color matching?
We strive for accurate color reproduction, but printing has inherent limitations. Colors can vary slightly depending on materials, monitor displays, and lighting conditions. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these industry-standard variations.If exact color matching is critical, a hard copy proof provides guaranteed color accuracy for your final product.
What if I find an error after approving the proof?
We understand mistakes happen! If you spot an error after approving the proof but before production starts, contact us immediately. Depending on the timeline, we may be able to fix it, but changes after approval may incur additional fees.Once production is underway, changes become very difficult or impossible.
How do I know my boxes will be high quality?
We maintain strict quality control throughout production. Every order is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards and your specifications. If there are any defects due to our error, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location, order weight, and shipping method. We’ll provide you with shipping costs during checkout so you know exactly what to expect.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and internationally. For international orders, you’re responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Additional charges apply for shipping outside the USA.
How are boxes shipped?
All packaging materials are shipped flat and unassembled unless you’ve specifically requested otherwise. This saves on shipping costs and space.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If you notice damage, document it with photos and contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your proof of damage. We’ll work with you to replace the damaged items or find another solution.
Can you guarantee a specific delivery date?
We provide estimates, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control. We use reputable carriers and work to ensure timely delivery, but weather, customs, and carrier delays can happen.
Do I need to provide a shipping address?
Yes! Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If we need to re-ship due to an incorrect address, additional shipping and handling charges will apply.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, it will go to the original address, and you’d need to arrange a re-shipment (with additional fees).

Custom packaging is made specifically for your order and can’t be resold, so we generally don’t offer refunds on orders that match your approved specifications. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but timing matters. You can cancel within 4 hours of proof approval for a $25 fee plus 5% of your order total. Within 24 hours, cancellation costs 50% of your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
Are rush order fees refundable?
No. Rush and expedited production fees are non-refundable because we reserve production capacity and materials specifically for your order.
What if I receive the wrong order?
This rarely happens, but if it does, contact us immediately with photos of what you received. We’ll arrange to send the correct order and handle the mix-up.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
